Coronavirus response: how we are continuing to serve our customers

19 Mar, 2020

At this time of uncertainty, our focus is on making sure we can continue to serve our customers, helping you to maintain continuity of cover for your business and doing our best to provide a good level of service.

What we are doing

Some of our staff are now working from home so that should the office be affected by absence due to the virus, we should have staff still able to work and support your renewals and other urgent requirements.

We will continue to send out renewal invitations 3 weeks from your renewal date, so that you have enough time to consider your cover needs and get in touch with us if there is anything you need to change.

What to expect

The insurance industry like other areas of business is being affected by changes being made in response to coronavirus. A number of the insurers we work with have moved their staff to home working, and this is likely to slow down the rate at which business can be processed. We are working closely with our insurers to keep lines of communication open, and to prioritise keeping you and your motor trade business covered.

We are still working at capacity at this moment, and while that may change, we have plans in place to ensure continuity of business and to prioritise our customers’ needs. Please be patient if your quote or renewal takes a little longer than usual – we will do our very best to get you the cover you need, and will keep you informed at every step of the process.
