RENEWING YOUR COVER

It’s important to renew your insurance on or before the expiry date of your current policy, to make sure you stay covered. We’ll write to remind you that your policy is due for renewal at least three weeks in advance, and we’ll send you a renewal quote so you know how much your insurance could cost.

HOW DO I RENEW MY POLICY?

When you receive your renewal letter from us, you can call or email to confirm that you want to renew. We’ll answer any questions and take you through the renewal process, and then send out your new policy confirmation details.

What changes do I need to include when I renew my policy?

You’ll need to let us know if there are any changes to your circumstances, such as needing additional drivers on the policy, or if you’ve had any speeding convictions. Failure to provide accurate information could make your insurance invalid, so it’s important to get all the details right at renewal.

Can I get my renewal completed over the phone?

Yes, we can take you through the renewal process on the phone and can provide immediate cover once payment has been set up (or paid in full if you prefer). We’ll then send you out your documents.

Can I pay for my insurance by instalments?

Yes you can. Just ask us about our finance options.

Do I need to let you know if there are any changes to my business?

Any changes to your circumstances could affect your policy and premium, so you must contact us to keep us updated. For example, this could be a change of address, or getting a motoring conviction.
